The Digital Audit Implementation Manager will manage the implementation of Inflo’s Digital Audit solution to firms. The role will include being the key point of contact with customers during their implementation and onboarding phase, working with them to understand their onboarding needs, designing plans to meet those needs, and ensure the plans are executed to deliver successful implementations.
As Head of Implementation Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our product and the successful onboarding of new customers. This position requires a strategic thinker, with a strong background in implementation, exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
Our Expert Services team applies their extensive knowledge of external audit methodology to deliver domain expertise to Inflo’s prospective and existing customers to enhance their evaluation, implementation, on on-going use of the platform. The team is responsible for developing and delivering repeatable and scalable services that underpin the overall value proposition of Inflo’s offering. You will apply your expertise in auditing and accounting and develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Inflo platform to support prospective and current customers optimize their experience with the Inflo platform.
The Methodology Lead will lead and manage the Methodology Team (MT) within Workpapers Solutions, and oversee the wider product development by offering support, guidance and expertise to the HoWS (and wider Solutions teams, as relevant) to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality and consistency of audit engagements across public accounting firms using our software. As the main source of audit technical knowledge and expertise in the Solutions department, this role must have significant experience and exposure to professional standards and audit methodology in the US.
