Initial implementation activities coordinate onboarding. These includes kick-off calls, setting goals and expectations, sharing resources, and coordinating implementation meetings.
Working closely with Firm Champions to circulate successes, address roadblocks, share product updates, collate product feedback, and provide education resources to support the adoption of product features.
Holding routine calls to establish a strong workingrelationship with Firm Champions and Senior Management, review product adoptionstatistics, check progress against goals and share best practices.
