The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day responding to support tickets and any customer queries received through the Inflo mailbox. This includes being responsible for passing relevant information to other teams across the business and ensuring there is sufficient details to ensure the tickets and queries are handled efficiently. They achieve this by ensuring their product knowledge is always up to date.
The Audit Methodology Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Audit Methodology Managers with maintaining, expanding, and improving the content that supports the Inflo Digital Audit Methodology. They must stay up to date with product changes and audit standards to ensure our content is modern, compliant, and supports the Inflo product.
We are looking for a proactive Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team. You will handle day-to-day accounting across the Inflo Group, reconciling accounts and transactions and ensuring the reliability of Inflo's financial information. You will utilise our tech stack to make Inflo's reporting as efficient as possible, while feeling empowered to drive continual improvement in the Finance function, leveraging the insights that you can bring to the table. As the first port of call for some of Inflo's key financial metrics, you will be an influential and essential member of the team and Inflo will support you to grow into the role and develop as a Finance professional.
As an Audit Content Strategist at Inflo, you'll be at the intersection of audit expertise and creative content, playing a crucial role in crafting impactful narratives that resonate with our target audience. Whilst we would be delighted to receive applications from existing Content Managers from audit national offices or audit-related vendors, this role is also perfect for auditors or ex-auditors who want to pivot into marketing and content creation. Your deep understanding of auditing will be invaluable in ensuring our content is accurate, engaging and compelling.
