The Inflo leadership team is made up of experienced accountants, bringing years of experience to our company. They lead by example and work tirelessly to help our customers and our team succeed.
Mark has spent his career developing technology that empowers accounting firms with cutting-edge computing power. Mark started his career in a small-town accounting practice before earning his stripes at a Big Four firm leading audit and consulting engagements. He was promoted to an audit innovation role and led key national and global projects to overhaul audit methodology, develop new technology, and drive education and change management. He founded Inflo to revolutionize the broader audit and accounting profession with next-generation software. Mark is now influencing the advancement of audit at a global level. He is a member of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board’s (IAASB) Technology Working Group and Less Complex Entities Reference Group, as well as chairing the AICPAs Data Standards Working Group. Mark also supports professional accounting bodies around the world tackling key challenges facing accounting firms.
Graham’s passion for technology and data meant he has constantly been at the bleeding edge of creating and incorporating advanced techniques in audit. This resulted in him working closely with Mark to drive innovation in the Big 4. As the owner of the Inflo product Graham translates evolving audit requirements and customer needs into practical technical solutions to benefit Inflo customers and their clients. His audit experience ensures compliance with standards and regulation, while embracing emerging technologies to support advanced digital and data techniques. Graham was also instrumental in the ICAEW’s incorporation of data analytics and emerging technologies in the ACA exam in 2021.
Justin is responsible for protecting Inflo’s financial and operational wellbeing. Justin brings experience working in a Big 4 firm’s Audit and Risk Assurance practices, as well as one of the UK’s largest financial services institutions. He drives a continual and diligent focus on risk management and operational improvement. A critical part of Justin’s role is maintaining and continually improving Inflo’s information security and data protection, including ISO 27001 certification, data management, and penetration testing.
As co-founder, Grant was instrumental in the development of the Inflo platform. He is an expert in cloud-based web-applications with a track record of building scalable global software solutions. He ensures security and confidentiality is engrained in both Inflo’s software and broader organization. His deep knowledge of the best practices in cyber security is what makes Inflo a highly secure platform for auditors and their clients to exchange confidential financial information.
Tom is a data scientist with a background with a Big 4 firm, who co-founded Inflo. An expert in emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI, Tom leads the development of InfloHI and other sophisticated techniques. A core element of Tom’s role involves critically assessing the latest technology trends to evaluate their relevance to audit services. This guarantees our customer firms access to the most innovative techniques while safeguarding the relevance, reliability, safety, and impact of such functionality.
Evan specializes in supporting accounting firms and their teams implementing and utilizing Inflo in real audit scenarios. His technical expertise provides firms with access to subject matter expertise evolving audit methodologies, training programs, and broader working practices. Evan brings ten years’ experience providing attestation services to both public and private clients for a large US national firm. He was also part of the National Office, where he supported the firm’s Audit Data Analytics group and worked with the Audit Methodology and Audit Risk Management groups to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and value of the firm’s risk analysis and audit execution. Evan was a key contributor to the AICPA’s Audit Data Analytics Guide and Rutgers research activities.
Chris is an experienced CFO with a demonstrated history of leading technology companies that are scaling quickly. Chris offers strong finance expertise, skilled in strategic and business planning, people management, corporate finance, and managing fast growing international operations. He also provides Inflo with the perspective of the CFO audit client.
Chris brings over three decades of experience in auditing and digital transformation to Inflo. He was formerly the Partner responsible for all PwC UK’s audit technology and outsourcing shared service centres. His subject matter expertise in areas such as cyber security, internal controls and IT systems complement his audit product knowledge to support the strategic direction of Inflo.
